We provided feasibility studies and civil design service for all Century Bank locations throughout the DFW Metroplex.

Park Place West

We provided preliminary planning, cost estimates, Zoning/PD preparation and civil design for this       proposed 171-lot neotraditional development on 55 acres with neighborhood retail and activity center in Rockwall, Texas.  Custom Homebuilding on the first 88 residential lots is underway.

Collin County Community College District

We are the Civil Engineers of Record for all four    campuses.  We provide services for new construction, renovations, and additions.  We also serve as record keepers and planners for the college’s growth.  

Discount Tire Company

We provided feasibility studies and civil design service for Discount Tire Company locations throughout Texas.

The Shire Phase II

Construction is just beginning for this 9.7-Acre        development at S.H. 190/George Bush and Wyndham Lane.  We are providing civil design services for a new hotel, bank, 65-unit condominium building, 50,000 s.f. of restaurant / retail, and adjacent thoroughfare       improvements in Richardson, Texas.
